Shipping and Refund Policies

Flat Rate Shipping

We’re happy to offer standard ground shipping of $7.00 for all orders! Though we rarely make changes, this rate is subject to change at any time.

Shipping Commitment

Our goal is to ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Exceptions apply if we are closed or if there is extreme heat (we are located in Arizona). 

Please track your packages - we are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We do not allow returns at this time.

If you receive a damaged product, please email litebritecandles@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery and attach a photo(s) as well as details of your damaged product(s). We will be happy to replace the damaged product(s) or provide a refund to the original method of payment.
